The Waterkloof Estate is one of the most impressive new wineries in the entire Cape Country. The farm is located less than five kilometers from False Bay on the Schaapenberg between Somerset West and Sir Lowry's Pass Village. It was established in 2004 and is owned by French-born Paul Boutinot. The winemaker is Werner Engelbrecht.

Winemaker Thierry Haberer has been involved with wine and its production for over 15 years.
A passionate and unconventional approach, combined with the utmost respect for the preservation of the quality of the grapes, is evident in every bottle he produces.
